The CFPB complaint database doesn't index phone numbers, so this tool is crowdsourced: report a number and who it claimed to be, and once a number has enough independent reports naming the same company, it surfaces here with a confidence indicator.

Do not include your name, account number, address, or other sensitive details. Reports are unverified, limited to five submissions per IP address per day, and may be retained for safety and abuse prevention.
